Rachel's Story

 

Rachel Bianchi is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, Registered Massage Therapist, and Fascial Stretch Therapist. She loves to help others and is constantly striving to learn new techniques and skills to help people reduce pain or stress.

Rachel enjoys providing a wide array of modalities and tailors each treatment to the individual client's needs. Rachel endeavours to maximize the benefits of each technique. A typical treatment often combines various techniques to increase range of motion, reduce pain, and increase an overall sense of well-being.

Rachel has experience with many acute and chronic conditions, such as: muscle strain, post-surgical restrictions, pregnancy, sports injuries, neuropathies, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Rachel will often recommend remedial exercises after the treatment, to improve posture and body mechanics, which can contribute to muscle imbalances.
